Jessica Martin is the founder of Velocitor Concepts, LLC, a fractional CMO consultancy providing strategic marketing leadership to small and midsize businesses. As a Certified Franchise Executive with over nine years as Chief Marketing Officer of a $20–30M franchise organization, she brings proven expertise in driving measurable growth through strategic planning, infrastructure, and data-driven decision-making.

Her approach favors the system over the shortcut: building the frameworks that let businesses make smarter, more efficient marketing decisions instead of chasing whatever tactic is trending. Through Velocitor Concepts, she partners with growing businesses to provide the leadership they need, without the overhead of a full-time executive.

She also serves on the advisory board of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs Women and Leadership Program, and stays involved in organizations that bridge community relations with law enforcement and wilderness conservation.
